About Us
The bigger picture: Medicare guidance and financial health, together.

Our Story
Local advisors combining Medicare guidance with broader financial planning.
Choosing a Medicare plan is about more than benefits on a brochure. It is about your doctors, your prescriptions, your costs — and how health care expenses fit into your overall financial outlook in retirement.
That is why Ryan Busler of Navigating Medicare in Shawnee teamed up with longtime local financial advisor Larry Gill. Together they help area residents look at coverage decisions in the context of income, investments, estate planning, and the legacy they want to leave.

Meet Ryan
Ryan was born and raised in Shawnee. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he spent years in industry before moving overseas for church planting, living in five countries and learning several languages. After returning to Oklahoma, he taught robotics and physics at Shawnee High School.
While teaching, he began helping families through Medicare. What started as part-time work grew into Navigating Medicare — and into a deeper calling. As Ryan puts it, there is only so much you can do if all you are doing is the insurance. He wanted to help people in a greater capacity.
That bigger picture led to Navigating Capital: wealth management for individuals, families, and business owners who want clarity on retirement income, investing, and leaving a legacy — with the same patience and plain language Shawnee clients already know from Ryan.
Ryan and his wife, Julie, have four children. Advisory services are offered through Sowell Management, a registered investment adviser.

Larry Gill
Financial Advisor · Clinton Wealth Management
Larry Gill has spent decades helping Shawnee-area families with pre-retirement and retirement strategies. Working in a fiduciary capacity, he focuses on long-term objectives — including the kind of work-optional lifestyle many clients hope to reach — and on making sure health care costs do not quietly erode the plan.
Ryan and Larry’s collaboration is about closing the gap between medical coverage choices and the rest of your financial life: Social Security timing, investment portfolios, estate documents, and the resources you want to pass on.
